Southern Connecticut's season-opening weekend continues when they head down I-95 to take on University of Bridgeport on the Purple Knights home turf on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022 at 5 p.m. The Owls opened the season with a 2-0 win at Dominican on Thursday, Aug. 25 while Bridgeport won at New Haven, 2-1, on Thursday.

Following the Owls tilt at Bridgeport on Sunday, Aug. 28, Southern will open its home schedule on Saturday, Sept. 3 when it hosts Mercy at 2 p.m. at Jess Dow Field.
