Box Score WALTHAM, Mass. - Southern Connecticut volleyball fell to Northeast-10 opponent, Bentley University, 3-0 at the Charles A. Dana Center on Friday night. Southern dropped to an overall record of 11-12 and an NE10 record of 1-5 while Bentley improved to an overall record of 17-3 and an NE10 record of 5-0.
Sara Enright and
Carissa Michel led the team with eight kills.
Kendall Webber followed behind with five kills and
Ahunna James recorded three kills of her own.
Sara Enright had a team-best of 13 digs, as
Carissa Michel and
Kaila Keovilaysane both had eight digs.
Ahunna James had seven digs, while
Lily Miller and
Aubrey Villena both recorded five digs against the Falcons.
Sarah Stark led the team with five block assists and
Ahunna James had two block assists.
Carissa Michel tallied three block assists and three service aces.
Lily Miller had a team-best of 21 assists against Bentley.
Southern will travel to Pleasantville, N.Y. on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 7:00 p.m. against Pace University in an NE10 matchup. The Owls return to Pelz Gym on Friday, Oct. 27 at 7:00 p.m. in an NE10 matchup against Southern New Hampshire University.
