Southern Connecticut will travel to College of Saint Rose on Tuesday, Feb. 7 for a Northeast 10 Conference matchup at Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium in Albany, N.Y. at 5:30 p.m. The Owls enter the midweek conference matchup with a record of 13-8 overall and 8-7 in the NE10 conference, while the Golden Knights are currently 9-11 overall and 6-9 in conference play.

Owls Notes
  • Southern will look to bounce back from a 63-53 loss at Pace on Saturday, Feb. 4 when they take on the Golden Knights. The Owls won three-straight entering last weekend before losing to the Setters.
  • Zoe Amalbert leads the Owls with 13.9 points per game as well as 4.8 assists and 1.5 steals per contest. Amalbert also averages 4.0 rebounds per game.
  • Amalbert leads the NE10 in assists (100), while ranking 30th nationally, and her 4.8 assists per game rank second in the NE10 and 28th in the country.
  • Katie Williams is coming off a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double at Pace and is averaging 11.4 points and a team-high 7.2 rebounds and 1.0 block per game.
  • Isabella Santoro checks in at 10.2 points and 5.5 rebounds per game and is shooting a team-best 45.7% (19-40) from three-point range.
  • Delaney Connors continues to fill the box score with 9.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game. 
Up Next
Southern returns home for the first of back-to-back home games on Saturday, Feb. 11 when it hosts Adelphi at 1:30 p.m. at James Moore Field House. The Owls will play three of its final four games at home, including Franklin Pierce on Feb. 15 and Assumption on Feb. 21 for Senior Night. The Owls also travel to American International on Feb. 18.
