GARDEN CITY, NY – Southern Connecticut volleyball fell to NE10 opponent, Adelphi University, 3-0 on Tuesday night. The Panthers improved to an overall record of 20-8 and an NE10 record of 7-2 while the Owls dropped to an overall record of 4-20 and an NE10 record of 2-7.
Raegen Emery led the Owls with 10 kills,
Julia Jaworowski recorded four kills,
Aleciyah Brodley and
Jasmine Stroud both had two kills.
Jalie Miller and Emery both had a team-best of four digs, as
Madi Roar and
Lily Miller had three digs against the Panthers.
Isabel Alvarez matched her career-high of blocks with three, Brodley recorded a career-best of two blocks and Emery added a block of her own. For service aces,
Madi Roar and
Jalie Miller each had a team-best of one ace.
Madi Roar had a team-best of 10 assists as
Lily Miller followed closely behind with six assists,
Emma Dedushaj,
Jalie Miller and Brodley all added one against Adelphi.
The Owls will return to action on Friday, Nov. 15 at 7:00 p.m. for a NE10 regular season finale matchup against Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.
