PHILADELPHIA, PA. – Southern Connecticut gymnastics posted a new All-Time record of 49.025 on the vault at the Ken Anderson Invitational. Temple finished in first place with a score of 194.875, Southern Connecticut finished in second place with a score of 192.375, Bridgeport finished in third place with a score of 191.925 and Ursinus finished with a score of 189.625 in fourth place.
Senior
Hanna Zebdi and Junior
Lexi Bracher posted the highest score of the day for the Owls, with a score of 9.875 on the vault. It was a career-best score on the vault for both Zebdi and Bracher. Freshman
Gigi Mastellone had a team-best score that matched her career-best score of 9.850, which was set this past Sunday on the uneven/parallel bars. Junior
Angel Lee posted a team-best score of 9.750 on the balance beam. Junior
Libby Allen recorded a team-best score of 9.775 in the floor exercise. The highest scoring event for the Owls was the vault, which was also an All-Time record score of 49.025.
UNEVEN/PARALLEL BARS
Gigi Mastellone matched her career-best score of 9.850, which was set this past Sunday on the uneven bars and came in first place. Senior
Audrey Arnold posted a score of 9.700 and finished in a tie for sixth place. Freshman
Kylie Sitty recorded a score of 9.575 and finished in 10th place. The Owls finished with a total score of 47.725 on the uneven/parallel bars.
BALANCE BEAM
Angel Lee posted a team-best score of 9.750 and came in third place. Junior
Alexa Melanson recorded a score of 9.575 and finished in 12
th place. Senior
Emiley Kahl had a score of 9.500 and came in 14

Libby Allen posted a team-best score of 9.775 and came in a tie for fourth place. Both

Alexa Melanson recorded a score of 9.750, as they finished tied for sixth place. Sophomore
