SCSU Men's Soccer Announces 2024 Schedule

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Southern Connecticut State University Men's Soccer has announced its 2024 schedule. The Owls will host seven home games at Jess Dow Field this season.
 
The Owls will open the 2024 season at home on Thursday, Sept. 5 in a 12:00 p.m. non-conference matchup against Bloomfield College. Southern will go on the road to play the University of Bridgeport on Sept. 8 and then, the Owls will make the trip to face West Chester University of Pennsylvania on Sept. 14.  Southern Connecticut returns home on Sept. 18 to play Queens College.

The Owls open Northeast-10 Conference play on Sept. 21, on the road against Southern New Hampshire University, a rematch of the 2023 NE10 Championship Semifinals. Then, Southern returns home for a two-game home stand to close out September, facing Elm-City rival, University of New Haven on Sept. 25 and Saint Anselm College on Sept. 28.
 
The Owls open October with two games on the road, starting with Saint Michael's College on Oct. 5 and a non-conference matchup against Mercy University on Oct. 8. On Oct. 12, Southern comes home to play Franklin Pierce University before traveling across the city to face New Haven on Oct. 15 and making the trip to Massachusetts to play Bentley University on Oct. 19. Ending the month, the Owls return to Jess Dow Field to face Adelphi University on Oct. 22 and to face Assumption University on Oct. 25. Southern wraps up its regular season on the road at American International College on Nov. 2.
