MANSFIELD, Mass. - Southern Connecticut men's swimming and diving student-athlete Kobe Dominguez has been named the Northeast-10 Swimmer of the Week as announced by the conference on Tuesday, January 14.

Dominguez competed in three events and had the fastest times in all of them. He won the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 59.75 which is ninth in the NE10. Swimming in exhibition, he had the fastest time in the 200 Yard Individual Medley at 2:02.79 which is 15th in the conference. Dominguez already holds the fifth best time in the 100 Breast and seventh best time in the 200 IM this season. His 200 Yard Medley Relay team won the event with a time of 1:39.43 which is fifth in the conference and 67th in NCAA Division II.
