SCSU Women's Soccer Falls to Bentley

WALTHAM, Mass - Southern Connecticut Women's Soccer dropped a Northeast 10 Conference matchup against Bentley, losing 1-0. The Owls drop to 2-7-3 on the year.

The first half was a defensive battle, with neither team able to get much going offensively. The scoreless tie broke in the 55th minute when the Falcons were able to squeeze one past Owls' goalkeeper Abby Aughe.

Aughe ended the day with 5 saves, including a few diving attempts. Julia Hargraves and Nicky Deslauriers each recorded a shot on net, but the Owls did not find the back of the net.

The Owls return home to take on Adelphi on Tuesday, October 21st, in a rematch of last year's overtime playoff battle.
