NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut standout Hope Fox was named to the Northeast 10 Conference Faces in the Crowd for Week 14, as announced by the NE10 on Wednesday, Dec. 10. This is the second Faces in the Crowd recognition for Fox during her career. 

Hope Fox made history for Southern Connecticut women's basketball in their NE10 opener victory against Franklin Pierce. Fox recorded a career-best of nine steals, which is the second-most steals in a single-game in program history and the most steals in a game since Kiana Steinauer had 10 steals against Stonehill in 2019. Additionally, her nine steals are the most steals recorded in a game in the NE10 this season.

The Owls will be back in action on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 6:00 p.m. at Dominican University of NY for a non-conference matchup. Southern will be back home at the Moore Field House for a two-game homestand to wrap up 2025 with a non-conference game against Bridgeport on Saturday, Dec, 20 at 12:00 p.m. and a non-conference game on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 12:00 p.m. against Post.
