WORCESTER, Mass. – Southern Connecticut women's and diving remains in first place after Day Three of the 2025 Northeast-10 Conference Championships. The Owls have 746 points, with Bentley following behind (530), Felician (356), Pace (287), Assumption (258), Adelphi (233), Saint Michael's (205) and College of Staten Island (179).
 
The third day of the NE10 Swimming & Diving Championship was highlighted by four championships by Brooke Keeney in the 400 Yard Individual Medley, Justice Glasgow winning the 100 Yard Butterfly for the fourth year in a row, Molly Kennedy won the 200 Yard Freestyle for the second straight year and the "A" relay team of Julia Pitchell, Ally Quitos, Justice Glasgow and Molly Kennedy won the 200 Yard Medley Relay. It was an Owls' sweep in the 100 Yard Butterfly with Glasgow, Pitchell and Ella Marzec all receiving medals. In addition, Lindsay McCawley, Ally Quitos and Ella Marzec were all on the podium in their respective events.
 
400 Yard Individual Medley
Brooke Keeney won the 400 Yard Individual Medley in a time of 4:26.21, while Lindsay McCawley came in third place in a time of 4:31.34. Emma St. Hilaire finished with a time of 4:36.51 in fourth and Abbey Piech finished in sixth with a time of 4:40.55.
 
100 Yard Butterfly
It was an Owls' sweep on the podium, as Justice Glasgow came in first place with a time of 54.88 – she won this event in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Julia Pitchell came in second place in a time of 57.43 and Ella Marzec came in third place in a time of 57.65.
 
200 Yard Freestyle
Molly Kennedy won the 200 Yard Freestyle, after winning this event in 2024, in a time of 1:51.90. Aralyn Vogel came in seventh in a time of 1:58.48 and Zoe McNeill finished in a time of 2:00.88 in eighth.
 
100 Yard Breaststroke
Ally Quitos came in third place in a time of 1:06.52. Arianna Arturi finished in eighth with a time of 1:08.45.
 
100 Yard Backstroke
Two Owls finished on the podium in the 100 Yard Backstroke, as Julia Pitchell finished in second in a time of 58.47 and Abby Lyons came in third place with a time of 58.92. Zoe McNeill came in sixth place with a time of 1:00.39.
 
200 Yard Medley Relay
The "A" relay team of Julia Pitchell, Ally Quitos, Justice Glasgow and Molly Kennedy finished with a gold medal in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:45.71.
