Kobe Dominguez has been named to the Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference Team as announced by the conference on Thursday, Apr. 10. In order to be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must have started in at least half or played in at least two-thirds of the team's competitions as a significant contributor. They also need to have achieved a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average (GPA) or better on a 4.0 scale. The Owls had a league-high 11 selections for all of the winter sports.
Dominguez helped led the team to their fourth consecutive Northeast-10 Championship win after a going into the final day down in points. He earned silver medals in the 100 Yard Breaststroke (55.93), 200 Yard Breastroke (2:05.31), and the 400 Yard Medley Relay (3:23.09). He also earned a bronze medal in the 200 Yard Medley Relay (1:32.17). Throughout his career, he has totaled 12 medals at the championships, was named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, won the 2023 NE10 Sport Excellence Award, and is a three-time NE10 Academic All-Conference selection.
