NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut senior Abby Aughe was named the NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week for Week Three, as announced by the NE10 on Monday, Sept. 22. This is the first Goalkeeper of the Week recognition for Aughe in her career. 

Aughe tallied nine saves across two games this week for the Owls. She tallied her 100th career save vs Jefferson in her hometown, then picked up seven more in a scoreless draw against SNHU. That marked her second time with seven saves in a game this season. She is the only keeper in the conference to have multiple games of seven or more saves, and ranks second in total saves (23) and save percentage (.852) this year.
