Belle Smith Records #3 Weight Throw in Program History at Dr. Sander Scorcher

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Southern Connecticut women's indoor track & field competed at day 1 of the Dr. Sander Scorcher, hosted by The Armory.

Belle Smith won the Weight Throw, recoding a new personal best for the third time this season. Her throw ranks first in the NE10 and third all-time in program history. Hannah Caiola ran a season-best time in the 400m, moving up to the third fastest time in all of NCAA Division II this season.
