SCSU Women's Outdoor Track & Field Competes at Friar Invitational, Wilton Wright Invitational

Southern Connecticut women's outdoor track & field competed at Providence's Friar Invitational and the Wilton Wright Invitational, hosted by SCSU. The team combined to record 14 personal-best marks on the day.

At the Wilton Wright Invitational, the team finished second behind Sacred Heart, scoring 165 points. Patrice Mansfield won both the 100m Hurdles and 400m Hurdles. Ella Maclean (100m), Avery Winters (400m),and Deja Fitzpatrick-Bell (Long Jump) each picked up wins.

At the Friar Invitational, Abigail Bajorek, Maya Fisher, and Rae Geddes all recorded personal-best times in the 800m, and Courtney Henchcliffe recorded a personal-best time in the 5000m.
