NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut women's basketball standout Rheyna Steinauer was named to the 2026 NCAA East Region All-Tournament Team, as announced on March 16, 2026. This is the first NCAA Regional Tournament honor for Steinauer, in her career. The All-Tournament team is selected by members of the media, who were present at the NCAA East Regional.

In the NCAA East Region Quarterfinal victory over Saint Michael's, Steinauer scored 13 points, grabbed six rebounds, made two three-pointers, had a team-best of two blocks, an steal and an assist. In the NCAA East Region Semifinals against Holy Family, Steinauer led the Owls with 25 points, made five three-pointers, was 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, grabbed three rebounds and had a block against the Tigers.
