The Owls struck again 57 seconds later. Norrit turned provider, assisting Julia Salley at 54:36 for Salley's first goal of the season and a 5-0 lead.

SCSU continued to press. Jamie Greenman came off the bench and made an immediate impact, assisting Norret's first goal of the night at 61:47 to push the margin to 6-0. The goal chased Nisbet, who finished with 10 saves on 16 shots faced in 61 minutes.

Norret scored her second of the game just under four minutes later. The midfielder scored unassisted at 65:31 for her second goal of the match to close the scoring at 7-0. Norret was perfect on the night, putting all six of her shots on frame.
