After leading Southern Connecticut State University field hockey to a 2-0 record for the week, Keana Criscuolo and Kaiya Mercier were named to the Northeast 10 Conference "Faces In The Crowd" honor roll, as announced by the NE10 on Wednesday, Sept. 16. 

Against Molloy, Mercier posted the highest-scoring game in the NE10 to date with two goals and three assists for seven points in the Owls' 6-1 romp against the Lions. Criscuolo had a pair of goals against Mercy and also added an assist before following up with a two-goal, two-assist scoring against Molloy on Sept. 12.

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, Criscuolo had a hat trick with three of the Owls' five goals in a 5-0 win against St. Thomas Aquinas, while Mercier also added a goal.

For the year, Criscuolo leads the Owls and the NE10 in goals (7) and points (18) while Mercier sits at four goals and four assists for 12 points. The duo are tied for the conference lead in assists and sit 1 and 2 on the leading scorer tab.
