Northeast-10 Conference Athlete of the Year…NCAA qualifier…Earned a NCAA East All-Region First Team selection…Also a First Team All-Conference selection…All-New England honoree…Placed first overall at the Connecticut College Invitational and also set a new course record with a time of 21:49…Named to the Northeast-10 weekly honor roll…Finished 4th overall at the New England Championships with a time of 18:06…Also this was the highest place finish ever achieved by an Owl in the New England Championships…Named the Northeast-10 Women’s Athlete of the Week…Champion of the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 18:03.8…At the NCAA East Regional Championships she placed third overall running a 22:31.4…Finished 42nd out of 184 runners at the NCAA Championships.

As a Junior in the 2008-09 season:
All-New England selection in the 5,000 meters during both the indoor and outdoor seasons…Northeast-10 Conference champion indoors in the 3,000 meters…At the Yale Classic, claimed first in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 10:27.78…Selected for the NE-10 weekly honor roll…Competed for a sixth place finish in the 3,000 meter run at the Giegengack Invitational, coming in at 10:04.44…Set a new school record at the Valentine’s Invitational finishing 13th in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 17:38.73…Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll…At the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, set a new conference record as she won the 3,000 meter run in 10:17.32…Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll…Placed eighth in the 5,000 meter run at the New England Championships in 17:51.07…At the Sam Howell Invitational, in the 1,500 meter run placed fifth with a time of 4:54.01…Set a new school record of 17:27.27 at the Larry Ellis Invitational with a ninth place finish in the 5,000 meter run…Finished 21st in the 3,000 meter run at the Penn Relays in 10:06.6…At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships, finished second in the 1,500 meters in 4:45.41…Earned All-New England Honors at the New England Championships for her second place finish in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 17:23.16…She broke her own school record with the time...Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll.

In the 2008 Cross Country season:
Finished ninth with a time of 19:05 in the Northeast-10 Championships…Finished 25th with a time of 24:20 at the NCAA Division II East Regionals.

At the University of Maine:
Attended the University of Maine prior to coming to SCSU...A member of both the cross country and track and field squads...Scored at the New England Cross Country Championships as a freshman...Named to the America East Conference Commissioners Honor Roll...During her sophomore season, captured the mile run at the Greater Boston Track Club Invitational.

Before College:
Attended Stonington High School in Stonington, Conn...Served as team captain as a junior and senior...All-ECC as a sophomore, junior and senior...Holds cross country course record and school records in the 600, 1000, 1600 and 3200 meters...Captured the Coach’s Award and the ECC Sportsmanship Award.
