As a Sophomore in the 2010-11 season:
Northeast-10 Conference champion in the distance medley relay (indoors)...At the Harvard Opener, finished 12th in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:24.37…Captured fourth place as a part of the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:52.72 at the Yale Season Opener…Finished 33rd in the 1000 meter run at the Giegengack Invitational with a time of 3:17.57…Took seventh place in the 1000 meter run at the Northeast-10 Track and Field Indoor Championships with a time of 3:12.27…Also placed first in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:45.71.

In the 2010 Cross Country season:
Competed at the Central Connecticut Blue Devil Invitational...Competed at the CCSU Mini Meet...Led the Owls at the CCSU Mini Meet placing 40th with a time of 11:37.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Yale Season Opener, placed tenth in the 1000 meter run with a time of 3:27.18…Finished fifth at the SCSU Alumni Meet in the mile run with a time of 6:02.38…Took twentieth place as a part of the 4x400 relay at the Yale Collegiate Invitational…Placed thirteenth at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 1000 meter run with a time of 3:21.06…Finished sixth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:55.68…Obtained twenty-sixth place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:05.88

In the 2009 Cross Country season:
Did not see action.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Griswold (Conn.) High School…ECC All-Star in cross country and indoor track…Helped team win the ECC Championship in cross country…Team captain as a senior.
