An All-State selection at Hoehne (Colo.) High School...Helped team win back-to-back state championships...Rocky Mountain News 2A Player of the Year as a junior...Also a two-time state tournament MVP by the News and earned the honor as a senior from the Denver Post...Two-time All-Conference pick...Four-year starter...Also a three-year starter and All-Conference selection in basketball.
