As a Freshman in 2013-14:
All-New England in the distance medley relay…Northeast 10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Ran a leg in the 4x200 relay and placed sixth at the Dartmouth Relays…Earned a sixth place finish in the long jump with a distance of 6.52 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select…Finished third overall as a part of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:20.63 and came in sixth in the long jump with a distance of 6.61 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championship…Earned a third place finish in the distance medley relay and a fourth place finish in the 400 meter dash at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships… Captured a seventh place finish in the distance medley relay at the New England Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Manchester Community College...Prior to that, was All-State in the long jump and the 200 meters at Cheyney Tech (Conn.) High School...Two-time All-Conference in the long jump, 200 meters and 400 meters…Team captain in his junior and senior year...Also served as team captain for the football team his junior and senior year…Football Team MVP in his junior and senior year.
