As a Freshman in 2017-18:
Took 19th in the 3000 meters (12:00.75) at the URI Sorlien Memorial Invitational…Finished 19th in the 3000 meters (11:37.56) at the Mets Indoor Track and Field Championships…Placed 10th in the 4x800 (10:38.90) at the 2018 NE10 Indoor Championship.

As a Freshman in 2017: (Cross Country)
Did not compete for the Owls. 

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Earned the Most Improved Award at Norwich Free Academy (Conn.)...Team captain...Also participated in track and field and soccer.

Personal:
Daughter of Diana and Eric Post...Plans to major in athletic training.
