As a Junior 2013-14:
All-New England in the distance medley relay…Captured second place in the 800 meters (2:01.61) at the Elm City Duel Challenge…Placed fourth as part of the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 8:04.89 at the Dartmouth Relays…Earned second place in the 4x800 relay and finished 19^th in the 500 meter at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championship…Earned a third place finish as part of the 4x400 relay and finished sixth in the 500 meter with a time of 1:08.43 at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships…Captured seventh overall in the distance medley race at the New England Indoor Track & Field Championships…Ran a leg in the 4x800 relay and finished fourth at The College of New Jersey invitational…Finished 12^th in the 800 meter at the TCNJ Invitational and the UCONN Men’s New England Challenge…Earned a fourth place finish as part of the 4x800 relay with the time of 7:45.16 at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

In the 2013 Cross Country Season:
Competed in the 5K Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup with a time of 21:19.6 on 9/14…Took part in the 8K Father Leeber Invitational with a time of 31:22.8 on 9/21.

As a Sophomore in 2012-13:
Placed fourth as part of the 4x400 and was eighth in the 500 meters (1:08.2) at the Yale Season Opener…Finished third as part of the sprint medley relay and was fifth in the 500 meters (1:10.52) at the Husky Invitational…Placed seventh as part of the 4x800 and also ran the 500 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships…Was seventh as part of the 4x800 relay at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships…Competed in the 4x400 relay and the 400 meters at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational...Finished 15^th in the 800 meters (2:03.31) at the UConn Invitational…At the Yale Springtime Invitational, finished 30^th in the 800 meters (2:02.42)….Competed in the 800 meters at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Two-year team captain at Bridgeport Central (Conn.) High School...Awarded Scholar Athlete honors in his freshman year...Awarded Most Improved his junior and senior year.
