Participated in the Adelphi Panther Cross Country Championships on 9/1 with a time of 18:42.6…Recorded 49th  place in the Bruce Kirsh Cup on 9/16 with a time of 31:39.4…Competed in the Mount Saint Mary College Invitational on 9/30 with a time of 30:59.2…Took part in the New England Cross Country Championships on 10/7 with a time of 32:20.6…Participated in the NE10 Cross Country Championships on 10/22 with a time of 30:50.9.

As a Sophomore in 2016-17:
Did not see action for the Owls.

As a Sophomore in 2016: (Cross Country)
Participated at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on 9/17 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 32:22.9…Competed at the Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational on 9/24 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 33:15.7…Ran at the Paul Short Invitational on 10/1 and completed the course (8K) in a time of 32.14.2…Took part in the NE10 Cross Country Championships on 10/22 and completed the  course (8K) in a time of 31:36.9…Competed at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships on 11/5 and completed the course (10K) in a time of 41:10.3.

As a Freshman in 2015-16:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Finished 16th in the mile (5:15.40) at the Elm City Challenge on December 10. 

As a Freshman in 2015: (Cross Country)
Did not compete for the Owls.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Ran cross country and track for West Haven (Conn.) High School.
