As a Sophomore in 2016-17:
Named to the NE10 Men’s Indoor Track and Field All-Academic Team… Named to the NE10 Men’s Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team…USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection…All-Region in the decathlon and heptathlon…All-New England in the decathlon and heptathlon…Finished fourth in the heptathlon (4333 points) at The Elm City Challenge on December 3…Placed sixth in the pole vault (3.90m) at the Yale Season Opener on December 3…Finished second in the pole vault (3.80m) at the Spartan Regional Invite on January 13…Finished 10th in the heptathlon (3972 points) at the Rhode Island Heptathlon Qualifier on January 18…Placed eighth in the heptathlon (3801 points) at the Metropolitan Championships on February 3…Finished fifth in the pole vault (3.95m) and 10th in the high jump (1.74m) at the NE10 Championships on February 18…Placed fifth in the heptathlon (4348 points) at the New England Championships on February 25…Took 10th place in the pole vault (4.25m) at the Young Invitational on April 1…Claimed second in the 110 hurdles (15.76) and seventh in the pole vault (3.95m) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on April 8…Finished fifth in the decathlon (5895 points) at the SCSU Decathlon on April 13-14…Took ninth place in the 4x400 relay (3:40.93) and 14th place in the 110 hurdles (18.38) at the George Davis Invitational on April 22…Claimed fifth place in the decathlon (5700 points) and was ninth in the pole vault (3.86m) at the NE10 Outdoor Championships on May 5-6…Finished seventh in the decathlon (5802 points) at the New England Championships on May 12-13.

As a Freshman in 2015-16:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Finished 11th in long jump (5.69m) at the Yale Multi Team on April 2…Finished fourth in decathlon at the Mets Outdoor Track and Field Championships on April 8…Placed 10th in pole vault (3.65m) at the George Davis Invitational on April 23…Took eighth in decathlon at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 6. 

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Team captain at Branford (Conn.) High School…All-SCC for indoor track…MVP for track and field events…West Sectional Pole Vault Champion…Level 8 All-State in gymnastics…Also participated in water polo, cross country and football…National Honor Society, National Latin League and National Language Honor Society member…FIRST Robotics Team 2067 Apple Pi World Finalist.
