NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Despite winning its 17th consecutive Northeast-10 Conference championship – and ninth indoors – last week, the Southern Connecticut State University men's indoor track and field team dropped two spots to No. 12 in the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association indoor rankings this week. The Owls remain at No. 1 in the East Region for the fifth consecutive week.

The Owls are back in action this weekend at the New England Championships when they travel to Boston, Mass. The meet is scheduled to start at 12 p.m.
