CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT
Southern Connecticut has earned the fifth seed in the Northeast-10 Tournament and will play at Bentley on Tuesday at 1 p.m.

LAST WEEK
Southern Connecticut split last week's game for the third straight week. First, the Owls beat Stonehill 2-1 in overtime thanks to two goals by Louis Greenway-Tambini. Southern then traveled to No. 4 Southern New Hampshire where it lost 3-0.
• Greenway-Tambini is in sole possession of second place in the conference with 10 goals on the year. Christian Samaniego, who assisted Greenway-Tambini on his game-winning goal versus Stonehill, is in sole possession of third in assists in the conference.

SCOUTING BENTLEY
The Owls have lost at Bentley once this year already, a 2-1 decision in mid-October. Chae Brangman scored the only goal for Southern Connecticut: it came in the 70th minute when they were down 2-0. The Owls outshot Bentley 12-8 overall and seven to two in shots on goal. Louis Greenway-Tambini led all players with five shots and three shots on goal. Sean Sullivan leads the team in scoring with seven goals and Nick Hoffman is right behind him with six. Their goalkeeper, Jack Blatchford, has allowed 1.22 goals per game this season.

The Owls are 22-3-2 all-time against Bentley, including the loss earlier this year.

BEATING NO. 15 MERRIMACK
Chae Brangman scored both goals for the Owls in the win over the Warriors. He was the recipient of a pass from Louis Greenway-Tambini as he was about 10 yards away from the goal and fired it past Merrimack's keeper Lucas Rezende. Merrimack responded right before the half with a goal by Augusto Silva, but Brangman came back in the 74th minute, drawing a foul on Rezende and earning a penalty kick, which he scored to give the Owls a 2-1 lead and win.
