Seniors
Louis Geist (Arvada, Colo.),
Raymond Cswerko (Torrington, Conn.) and
Brendan Murphy (Watertown, Conn.) all earned first place finishes in individual events.
Tyler Vander Vos (South Windsor, Conn.) and
Dylan Swanepoel (Milford, Conn.) also picked up wins in individual events.
Selim Lemond (Oxford, Conn.) and
Giovanni Dauphin (Waterbury, Conn.) grabbed first and second, respectively, in both the one and three meter dives.
Geist took the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 9:47.18.
Lucas Fanucci (Malvern, Pa.) placed third in that event at 10:37.89. Cswerko took first in both the 100 yard backstroke at 51.37 and the 200 yard breaststroke at 2:08.72.
Raymond Snyder (Waterbury, Conn.) finished in third place in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 54.28. He also finished third in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:02.12. Senior
Christopher Curtin (Wethersfield, Conn.) grabbed fourth place in that event at 2:05.15.
The team of Curtin, Cswerko, Swanepoel and Vander Vos took first place in the 400 yard medley relay with a time of 3:30.38.
Cswerko finished first in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:08.72. Freshman
Drew Dantino (Waterbury, Conn.) finished in fourth with a time of 2:27.20.
Murphy earned first place in both the 50 and 100 yard freestyle events with times of 20.88 and 47.83, respectively. Vander Vos finished in second place in the 100 yard free at 48.39, and senior
Travis Burke (Downington, Pa.) finished in fourth in both of those events with times of 23.14 and 50.64, respectively.
Vander Vos won the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:47.17. Swanepoel finished first in the 200 yard butterfly at 1:54.57. Freshman
Shane Maypother (Wall Township, N.J.) finished third behind Swanepoel in the 200 yard fly at 2:06.92 and fourth in the 200 yard free behind Vander Vos at 1:49.64.
Lemond scored 275.25 in the one meter dive and 258.15 in the three meter dive. Dauphin finished with 161.48 points in the one meter and 152.33 in the three meter.
The Northeast-10 Championships are scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 4 at 10 a.m. in Worcester, Mass.
