The Southern Connecticut State University men's soccer team will play No. 1 Adelphi University in the first round of the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. (Garden City, N.Y.).
ALL-TIME VS. ADELPHIÂ
Adelphi leads the all-time series with a record of 5-4. In its only meeting on the year, SCSU dropped a 3-2 overtime decision to Adelphi.Â

PLAYOFF BOUND ONCE AGAINÂ
SCSUÂ finished eighth in the NE-10 Conference with a record of 5-6-2 (7-7-2 overall), qualifying for the NE-10 Tournament.
TOUGH LOSSES
Four of the Owls' seven losses were determined by one goal, two in which went into overtime or double overtime.Â
GOALIE PLAY
JuniorÂ
Noah Varonier (Miller Place, N.Y.) wrapped up the 2016 regular season with a total of 61 saves (5th in the NE-10) and a 7-6-2 record.
