BROOKVILLE, N.Y. - The Southern Connecticut University women's soccer team's contest against No. 21 nationally ranked LIU Post ended in a tie this evening, 1-1. 

TEAM RECORDS: SCSU 0-2-1: LIU-Post 2-0-1

Senior Caroline Staudle (New Windsor, N.Y.) scored the game's first goal for the Owls in the fourth minute of the first half with a header off an assist from junior Victoria Conde (Madrid, Spain). 

The Owls controlled the majority of the game, until the 74th minute when Klara Berrggren managed to score the equalizer off a rebounded assist from Isabella Fuduli for Post tying the game 1-1. 

Where it would stay until the end.
