The Southern Connecticut State University's women's soccer team will close out the 2017 season with two games on the road. On Wednesday, the Owls will travel to Syracuse, N.Y and square off with the Dolphins of Le Moyne at 3 p.m. On Saturday, they will head to Rindge, N.H. for a 1 p.m. showing with Franklin Pierce for their final regular season match.
ALL-TIME VS. LE MOYNE
SCSU is 11-3-3 all-time versus the Dolphins. Last year,
Kieran DeBiase scored the game-winning goal with 39 seconds remaining in the game to give the Owls the victory.

The Ravens lead the Owls all-time with a 20-5-0 record. The last time these two teams squared off,

Taylor Moore in a senior night extravaganza that saw the Owls tie No. 21 nationally ranked SNHU.

ARRUDA DOES IT AGAIN
For the third time this season, senior Gabby Arruda has been named to the NE10 weekly honor roll. Arruda made 14 saves during the week of October 16, including a nine-save shutout draw against No. 21 SNHU. She is ranked No. 1 in the NE10 and No. 16 in the NCAA in saves with 103.Â

ARRUDA TO HONOR ROLLÂ

Gabrielle Arruda was named to the weekly honor roll for her play in the Owls' 1-0 shutout win over AIC.
AIRTIGHT ARRUDA

Gabrielle Arruda has been a force in the goal this season. On September 30, she stopped a potential game-changing penalty kick and made eight saves to secure the shutout and a huge win for the Owls. Arruda leads the NE10 in saves with 83.
BIG TIME BUONANNI

Victoria Buonanni scored the game-winning goal off a penalty kick on September 30 to lift the Owls past AIC, 1-0. This was Buonanni's fourth career game-winning goal as an Owl.
WEEKLY HONORS FOR ARRUDA

Gabrielle Arruda was named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on Sept. 18 for her play in the Owls' games against New Haven and Saint Rose.
ARRUDA SHINES IN GOAL
Gabrielle Arruda has been stellar in between the pipes. She surpassed her career-best in saves this season (10 saves, 12 saves) and currently leads the conference in saves with 47.
GOING FOR THE GOAL

Juliana Santos andÂ
Olivia Holubecki both scored their first collegiate points in the Owls' 2-1 win over Saint Michael's. Holubecki opened the scoring, where she struck off of a corner kick and then Santos blasted a rebound for the game-winner.
SANTOS NAMED TO WEEKLY HONOR ROLLÂ
Juliana Santos was also named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on Sept. 11 for her performance in the Owls' 2-1 win over Saint Mike's.

LOOKING BACK AT LAST SEASON
The Owls finished the 2016 season with a 9-7-3 record and qualified for the NE-10 Conference Tournament, where they fell to Pace, 1-0 in the first round.

ARRUDA ANCHORS THE GOAL

Gabrielle Arruda will return to the goal after a 2016 season that saw her sport an 8-6-3 with a 1.21 goals against average, .763 save percentage, and four shutouts.
