Justice Glasgow and McAllistar Milne Open NCAA Competition On Thursday, Mar. 9

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Southern Connecticut swimming & diving standouts Justice Glasgow (Warren, Mich.) and McAllistar Milne (Glastonbury, Conn.) will open NCAA Division II National Championship competition on Thursday, Mar. 9, 2023. The duo are set to compete in the preliminary rounds during the 10 a.m. session, with the finals set for the evening session set for a 6 p.m. start. 

Glasgow will compete in the prelims for the 100 Yard Butterfly event at 10 a.m., as the Women's 100 Fly Prelims are the first event of the day. Owls fans can watch live at NCAA.com, and also follow the live results, for both the women and men. Glasgow's qualifying time of 55.87 ranks her 26th out of 28 swimmers. The second year posted her time in the 100 Butterfly in capturing her second-straight Northeast 10 Conference Championship in the event. A break-out year for Glasgow, she also won the 400 Medley Relay Championship as well as a Silver Medal in the 200 Freestyle Relay and a Bronze in the 200 Yard Butterfly. 


Milne will compete in the 400 Individual Medley Prelims, which is the fourth event of the morning on Thursday, Mar. 8. Live video of that event is available on NCAA.com. Milne qualified in the 400 Individual Medley after posting a qualifying time of 3:54.45 in capturing the NE10 Championship in the event, which he also won for the second time in as many seasons. Milne won three championships at this year's conference meet. In addition to the 400 IM, Milne will also compete in the 500 Yard Freestyle prelims on Friday, Mar. 10 at 10. Milne captured Gold in the 500 Yard Freestyle at this year's NE10 Championship as well as the 200 Yard Breaststroke events and was named the NE10 Most Outstanding Swimmer. He also won championships in the 800 Free Relay and 400 Medley Relay.
