NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Southern Connecticut women's swimming and diving team beat WPI 131.50 to 91.50. Molly Kennedy highlights the meet winning two events – the 50 Yard Freestyle and 100 Yard Freestyle.  

400 Yard Medley Relay 

Southern Connecticut's 400 Medley Relay "A" Team consisting of Abby Lyons, Arianna Arturi, Justice Glasgow, and Molly Kennedy started off the meet with a win finishing with a time of 4:03.39. 

1000 Yard Freestyle 

Brooke Keeney finished first in the 1000 Free with a time of 11:02.10. Kali Dominguez finished with a time of 11:37.37 for fifth place.  

200 Yard Freestyle 

In the 200 Free, Jasmine Uricchio was the top finisher for the Owls, coming in second with a time of 2:04.67. Lyons finished third with a time of 2:07.12. Zoe McNeill finished with a time of 2:09.16 for fourth. 

50 Yard Freestyle 

Kennedy won the 50 Free with a time of 24.71. Ella Marzec finished with a time of 25.26 for a third-place finish. Aralyn Vogel came in fifth with a time of 26.09.  

400 Yard Individual Medley 

The Owls took the top four spots in the 400 IM. Emma St. Hilaire won it with a time of 4:45.33. Lindsay McCawley came in came in second with a time of 4:50.71. Sierra DuCharme finished with a time of 4:57.35 for third and Paola Castillo came in fourth place with a time of 4:59.95.  
 

100 Yard Butterfly 

Glasgow won the 100 Fly with a time of 57.76. Hailey Nyquist came in third with a time of 1:02.69. Sara Roney came in fourth with a time of 1:03.93.  

100 Yard Freestyle 

Kennedy got the win in the 100 Free with a time of 53.42. Arturi followed with a time of 54.22 for second place. Reina Loiacano finished fourth with a time of 57.05. Keeney finished in fifth place with a time of 58.13.  

100 Yard Backstroke 

In the 100 Back, Marzec finished with a time of 1:02.21 for a second-place finish. Julia Pitchell came in third with a time of 1:02.46. Vogel finished fifth with a time of 1:04.08.  

500 Yard Freestyle 

Uricchio won the 500 Free with a time of 5:25.18. Natalie Weier came in fourth with a time of 5:31.47. Piech finished with a time of 5:34.44 for fifth. 

100 Yard Breaststroke 

In the 100 Back, the Owls had four of the top five finishers. Arturi came in second with a time of 1:10.47. Ally Quitos finished with a time of 1:10.64 for third place. Lyons finished in fourth with a time of 1:10.90. St. Hilaire finished fifth with a time of 1:12.51.  

200 Yard Freestyle Relay 

The Owls 200 Free Relay "A" Team consisting of Ella Marzec, Justice Glasgow, Aralyn Vogel and Reina Loiacano tied with WPI for first place finishing with a time of 1:41.77. The Owls "B" Team of Jasmine Uricchio, Hailey Nyquist, Paola Castillo, and Brooke Keeney finished third with a time of 1:47.16. The "C" Team consisting of Kali Dominguez, Sierra DuCharme, Zoe McNeill, and Ally Quitos finished fourth with a time of 1:47.35 

The Owls are back on Thursday, Dec. 5 for a meet against Yale.
