SCSU Football's Kieran Falzon Named To New England Football Writers All-New England Team

Southern Connecticut State University football standout Kieran Falzon was named to the 2025 New England Football Writers Association All-New England team. The team, selected by a committee of media relations representatives from the six conferences, honors the best Division II and III players by position in New England from the 2025 season.

Falzon was one of 10 student-athletes selected from the Northeast-10 Conference, which honored him as a First Team selection earlier this month. The second-year running back led the NE10 in points (84), touchdowns (14), rushing TDs (13), points per game (8.4), rush attempts (192), rushing yards (1,227) and yards per game (122.7). He also added 55 kick‑return yards for a conference‑leading 1,366 total yards.

Falzon finishes the season as one of the most prolific touchdown scorers in program history. This season, he notched seven 100‑yard games, two 200‑yard outings and scored a touchdown in seven games, including a pair of three-touchdown performances.

Of his most notable games, he 30 carries for 204 yards & 3 TDs against Saint Anselm; 23 carries for 213 yards & 4 TDs in overtime win vs. Post and two TDs vs. Bentley (Oct 4) and a pair vs. Pace (Oct 18). He was also named NE10 Offensive Player of the Week three times.
