As a Junior in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed ninth in weight throw with a toss of 12.83 meters…Earned sixth at the URI Rhody Open in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:10.08…Was best for fourth place in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 7.9 at the Metropolitan Championships…Also took eighth place as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:34.54… Scored fifth place in the 55 meter hurdles with the time of 8.05 at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championship…Finished tenth at the Same Howell Invitation in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15:73…Took sixteenth at Yale Springtime Invitational in discus throw with a toss of 31.87 meters… Also finished twelfth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 57.93…Finished third at the Northeast -10 Outdoor Championships in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.25 seconds…Also claiming second as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.73

Attended Allen County Community College and the University of Central Missouri...Earned All-Conference honors while at UCM...Graduated from Lake Hamilton (Ark.) High School...Nike All-American...Three-time All-State selection...Two-time state champion in the 300 hurdles...State champion in the 110 hurdles...Also was state runner-up in the 300 and 110 hurdles in his scholastic career...Eight-time USA and AAU state champion...AAU National Champion...Four-time conference champion in the 110 hurdles...Three-time conference champion in the 4x400 and the 300 hurdles...Part of four conference outdoor championship squads....Helped squad win state runner-up finishes during both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Four-year team captain.
