As a Sophomore in 2010-11:
All-Region selection in the hammer throw…Competed for fifth place in the weight throw at the Lidifter Invitational with a toss of 13.93 meters on 12/4…Placed 12th in the weight throw at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, recording a distance of 13.69 meters on 1/15…Had a toss of 14.15 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic to place 16th on 1/21…Finished seventh in the weight throw with a distance of 14.25 meters at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships on 2/27…Competed in the hammer throw at the Roadrunner Express Invitational and finished seventh with a distance of 46.93 meters on 4/22…Placed fourth in the hammer throw at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships, posting a distance of 50.22 meters.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed fifth in the weight throw with a toss of 14.59 meters…Earned eighth place at the Southern Connecticut State Alumni Meet in weight toss with a distance of 13.24 meters…Obtained tenth place at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in weight throw with a throw of 12.03 meters

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
New England Championships qualifier at Amity (Conn.) High School…Finished second in the state in the hammer throw…Helped team win the Class L championship and finish second at the State Open…Also was a part of two league and two conference championship squads…Team captain as a senior…Also a member of the football team…All-State, All-Area, All-Conference and All-League performer…Selected to represent New Haven county in its annual All-Star game.
