As a Junior in 2010-11:
All-Region pick in the long jump indoors and outdoors...All-Region in the 100 meters and 4x100 relay outdoors…All-New England in the 100 meters and long jump outdoors...Placed seventh in the long jump at the Albany Great Dane Classic on 1/21 with a distance of 6.69 meters…Had a strong showing at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships with a fourth place finish in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.40 meters on 2/17…Finished 13th in the long jump with a distance of 6.58 meters at the New England Indoor Championships…Helped the Owls win the 4x100 relay with a time of 41.13 seconds at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships...Also had a fourth place finish in the long jump with a distance of 7.03 meters…Placed seventh in the 100 meters at the New England Outdoor Championships with a time of 11.20 seconds...Also competed in the long jump as well and had a third place finish with a jump of 7.13 meters.

As a Sophomore in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed fifth in long jump with a leap of 6.69 meters…Also placed fifth in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.15…Finished eighteenth at the URI Rhody Open in the 200 meter dash with at time of 24.08…Earned fourth place in long jump with a distance of 6.72 meters at the Metropolitan Championships… Finished sixth place in long jump with a mark of 6.62 meters at the Manhattan Invitational…Scored fifth at the Northeast-10 in the 55 meter dash with a time of 6.61…Also took ninth place in long jump with a distance of 6.44 meters…Took fifteenth place at the New England Championships in long jump with a distance of 6.34 meters…Finished fourth as a part of the 4x100 meter relay at the Sam Howell Invitation with a time of 42.67…Also obtained twenty-second place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.97…Earned first place as a part of the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 42.60 at the Carolina Classic…Placed first as a part of the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 42.46 at the NY Metropolitan Outdoor Championship…Obtained fourth place as a part of the 4x100 meter relay at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a time of 42.88…Took second as a part of the 4x100 meter relay at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 42.22...Finished eighth at the New England Outdoor Championships in the 800 with a time of 11.23.

As a Freshman in the 2008-09 season:
At the Trinity Invitational, jumped 5.84 meters for a ninth place finish in the long jump…Jumped 5.94 meters for a fifth place finish in the long jump at the Brown Invitational…Also placed sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 11.88 meters…At the Metropolitan Championships, took third in the long jump with a leap of 6.34 meters and finished fifth in the triple jump with a jump of 11.86 meters…Competed for a fifth place finish in long jump at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a leap of 6.21 meters…Named NE-10 Men’s Field Freshman of the Week for his efforts.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Conn...Served as team captain as a senior...Class M long jump champion…Competed on his high school cross country team.
