Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Men’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Teams...All-New England in the 4x400 relay and 400 Meters indoors...All-Region in the 4x400 relay (indoors and outdoors) and 400 meters and 4x100 relay outdoors...Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll pick...Placed third in the 400 meters with a time of 49.83 and contributed to a winning relay team in the 4x400 with a time of 3:18.44 at the Lidifter Invitational on 12/4…Ran the 200 meters and placed fifth with a time of 22.38 and ran the 400 meters and placed fifth again with a time of 50.09 at the Harvard Open Track Meet on 12/10…Had a strong showing at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 400 meters with time of 49.28 to finish fourth on 2/17…Came in fourth in the 400 meters at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 48.65...Also ran the 4x400 relay and contributed to a second place finish with a total time of 3:13.92…Helped the Owls to a second place finish in the 4x400 at the Larry Ellis Memorial, posting a time of 3:12.11 on 4/23…Placed fifth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 48.05...Also contributed to a winning 4x100 relay at that event, recording a time of 41.13…Competed for a ninth place finish in the 400 meters at the New England Outdoor Championships with a time of 48.65.

As a Sophomore in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, earned second place in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.93…Placed ninth as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:29.18 at the Yale Collegiate Invitational…Took eighth place at the Metropolitan Championship as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:34.54… Earned fifteenth place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.93 at the Giegengack Invitational…Also placed twelfth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.56… Also took first place of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:18.53…At the Valentine Invitational, was a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.56…Captured second place at the New England Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.79…At the NY Metropolitan Outdoor Championship, placed seventh in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.04…Also finished first as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.26… Obtained third place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in 400 meter dash with at time of 49.17…Also captured first place as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:15.69…Finished second at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.73…Took second as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the New England Outdoor Championships with a season best time of 3:11.79…Also finished seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 48.88…Finished eighth as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the ECAC & IC4A Outdoor Championships with a mark of 3:13.56…Obtained sixth place at the NCAA Division II Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:10.67.

As a Freshman in the 2008-09 season:
At the Yale Classic, claimed first place in the long jump with a distance of 6.9 meters…Honored as the Men’s Field Freshman of the Week by the Northeast-10…At the URI Sorlein Invitational, claimed fourth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:28.3…Placed first as part of 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:23 at Trinity Invitational…Also placed eighth in the 400 meters with a time of 51.16…At the Yale Springtime Invitational, took eighth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.67 seconds…Competed for a seventh place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 23.0 seconds in the 200 meter dash.
