As a Junior in 2010-11:
All-American in the 800 meters (indoors and outdoors) and distance medley relay (indoors)...All Region in the 800 meters (indoors and outdoors) and distance medley relay (indoors)...Also All-Region in the 1500 meters outdoors...All-New England in the 800 meters, 4x800 relay and 1500 meters…Contributed to a fifth place finish on the DMR team with a time of 10:13.61 and ran on the fourth place team in the 4x800 relay that posted a time of 7:54.05 at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic on 1/15…Had an eighth place finish in the 1000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic with a time of 2:29.77 on 1/21…Placed fourth in the mile, posting a time of 4:15.79, and ran on the third place team in the 4x800 relay (7:57.20) at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships on 2/17…Came in sixth at the New England Indoor Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.97...Also competed in the 4x800 relay and finished 17th with a time of 8:07.31 and finished on the second place relay team in the DMR that posted a time of 9:57.78…Placed second in the 1500 meters, recording a time of 3:53.19, at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships…Earned All-New England honors with an eighth place finish in the 1500 meters, posting a time of 3:53.33 at the New England Outdoor Championships...Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

In the 2010 Cross Country season:
Competed at the Central Connecticut Invitational...Competed at the New England Championships...Placed 15th at the Connecticut College Invitational with a time of 26:14...Led the Owls with a 11th place finish at the Division II Cross Country Challenge with a time of 26:08...Finished 12th at the Northeast-10 Championships with a time of 25:27.5...Had a time of 32:26 at the NCAA Division II Regionals.

As a Sophomore in the 2009-10 season:
At the Sam Howell Invitation, placed eighteenth in 1500 meter run with a time of 4:05.96…Earned twenty-second place at the Carolina Classic in 800 meter run with a time of 1:54.20…Finished eleventh at the NY Metropolitan Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:07.67…Also took fourth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 8:07.15…Obtained fourth place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:55.33…Took second at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.24…Also claiming first at as a part of the 4x800 team with a new NE-10 record time of 7:45.26. 

In the 2009 Cross Country season:
Competed in the Central Connecticut Invitational…Ran for the Owls in the New England Championships…Took 26th in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 26:28.9…Ran in the NCAA East Regional Championships.

As a Freshman in the 2008-09 season:
Northeast-10 Conference champion in the 4x800 relay…All-New England selection indoors in the 1,000 meters…At the Giegengack Invitational, finished 11th in the 1,000 meter run with a time of 2:33.03…Competed in the 1,000 meter run at the Valentine’s Invitational…At the Northeast-10 Conference Championships. captured the win in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 8:01.8…Placed fifth in the 1,000 meter run at the New England Championships with a time of 2:30.05…Finished first in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:04 at the Trinity Invitational…Earned a spot on the NE-10 weekly honor roll…At the Metropolitan Championships, placed eighth in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:05.2.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Naugatuck High School in Naugatuck, Conn...Served as team captain as a senior...CT 600 meter class LL and State Open champion…Top indoor 800 meter runner in the state…Double All-New England Outdoor in the 800 meter and 4x400…Five-time NVL and two-time All-State…Holds 10 school records and led track and cross country teams to five NVL championships…Team captain in cross country as a senior.
