Biography

As a Junior in 2007:
Made 14 appearances for the Owls, including eight starts…Posted a 4-4 record with a 4.47 ERA over 56.1 innings…Tied for the team lead in shutouts (one); ranked second on the team in wins (four), complete games (three), strikeouts (45) and opponents batting average (.262); tied for second in saves (one); tied for third in starts (eight)…Started and pitched seven shutout innings, gave up five hits, walked one and struck out four to earn the victory in the second game of a doubleheader at Bryant on 4/1…Threw one perfect inning of relief with a strikeout to pick up the win against American International on 4/13…Fire a complete game, three-hit shutout with five strikeouts to defeat St. Anselm on 4/17…Went the distance, surrendered two runs (one earned) on five hits, walked one and struck out seven to pick up a win at Stonehill on 4/22…Threw an eight-inning complete game, gave up two runs on five hits and struck out seven but took the loss at Southern New Hampshire on 4/28…Pitched a perfect ninth with a pair of strikeouts to notch a save at Assumption on 5/5.

As a Sophomore in 2006:
Made 11 appearances for the Owls, including two starts…Posted a 3-0 record with one save and a 3.12 ERA over 34.2 innings…Surrendered 16 runs (12 earned) on 34 hits, walked nine, struck out 30, threw one wild pitch, hit four batters, tossed a complete game and held opponents to a .248 batting average…Threw a complete game, gave up three runs (one earned) on eight hits and struck out nine to earn his first career victory against Merrimack on 3/18…Tossed three scoreless innings of relief, gave up two hits, walked two and struck out two to pick up the win against Southern New Hampshire on 3/24…Nailed down the game with a scoreless, hitless final two innings and recorded a strikeout to notch his first career save in the front end of a doubleheader against Massachusetts-Lowell on 4/6…Started, threw seven innings, gave up two runs (one earned) on seven hits, walked one and struck out six to chalk up a win in the first game of a doubleheader at Assumption on 5/6.

As a Freshman in 2005:
Made three appearances out of the bullpen for the Owls…Posted an 0-0 record with a 9.00 ERA over 2.0 innings…Gave up three runs (two earned) on four hits, issued no walks, struck out three and had opponents hit .400 off of him…Made his first career appearances, did not retire a batter, gave up three runs (two earned) on three hits at Armstrong Atlantic on 2/20…Recorded two strikeouts, the first of his career and allowed one hit while pitching a scoreless inning of relief against Southern New Hampshire on 5/1…Pitched a perfect inning out of the bullpen and recorded a strikeout against Pace on 5/8.
