In the 2010 Cross Country season:

At the Yale Collegiate Invitational, placed twentieth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 11:17.73…Finished ninth at the Great Dane Classic in the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:40.85…Took twenty-ninth place at the Giegengack Invitational in the mile run with a time of 5:26.08…Obtained fifth place at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:51.98…Placed twentieth at the NEICCA Indoor Championships in the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:39.62…Also finished thirteenth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team with a time of 9:38.04…Took sixteenth place at the Monmouth Invitational in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:00.33…Captured eleventh place at the Sam Howell Invitational in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:30.82…Finished in twenty—fourth place at the Larry Ellis Invitational in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:31.64…At the New England Outdoor Championships placed eighteenth place in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:31.94

Earned a Third Team All-Conference selection…Finished 10th overall for the Owls at the Central Connecticut Invitational with a time of 19:01…Took 9th at the Connecticut College Invitational with a time of 23:08…Finished 18th in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 19:27.6…Ran in the NCAA East Regional Championships.

All-State, All-Area, All-Conference and All-Division selection at Guilford (Conn.) High School…Helped team win four Southern Connecticut Conference Championships (2005-and four Class MM State Championships (2005-08)…Team captain as a senior…Also played varsity basketball for four seasons.
