As a Junior in 2011-12:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Contributed to a third place finish in the 4x400 with a time of 3:29.99 at the Lidlifter Invitational on 12/3...Placed eighth in the 400 meters with a time of 52.89 at the UConn Triangular Meet on 1/7...Helped the 4x400 relay team finish sixth at the Great Dane Classic on 1/20...Captured first place in the 4x400 with a time of 3:15.64 at the Metropolitan Championships on 1/26...Also finished 18th in the 500 meters in a time of1:11.11...Finished third in the 4,000 meter distance medley relay in 10:29.04 and was 19th in the 400 meters at the Northeast-10 Championships on 2/18...Helped the 4x400 relay team finish in 12th place with a time of 3:34.24 at the UConn Spring Invitational on 3/31...Also was a part of the 4x100 relay that finished 10th  in a time of 44.24...At the Roadrunner Invitational on 4/6, contributed to the 4x100 relay team that finished ninth with a time of 45.18...Placed 21st in the 400 meters with a time of 53.57 at the Metropolitan Championships on 4/14...At the Yale Springtime Invitational on 4/29, finished 18th in the 400 meters with a time of 53.57...At the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4, he placed 10th in the 400 meters in 52.07.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Springfield (Mass.) College, where he played basketball...Played scholastically at Hamden (Conn.) High, where he was a member of the basketball and track and field teams...All-Conference and All-Division pick in track and field...State qualifier...Team captain for basketball.
