As a Junior in 2011-12:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Placed ninth in the mile with a time of 4:40.71 at the UConn Triangular Meet on 1/7...Finished 19th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:52.41 at the Yale Season Opener on 1/14...Competed in the Metropolitan Championships on 1/26 and finished ninth in the 3,000 meters in 8:59.31...Performed at the Northeast-10 Championships and finished 12th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:03.31...Finished sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:22.84...Ran for the 4x400 relay team that finished eighth with a time of 8:10.25 at the Metropolitan Championships on 4/14...Placed eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:31.64...Helped the 4x400 team finish fifth with a time of 8:09.11 along with an eighth place finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:00.09 at the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4.

High School…Helped cross country team win the CCC South Cross Country Championships two years in a row…Helped outdoor track team win the CCC South Outdoor Championship five years in a row and helped the indoor track team win the CCC South Indoor Championship as a senior…Team captain as a senior.
