Northeast 10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Placed third as part of the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:43.98 at the Yale Season Opener…Placed 10th in the distance medley relay at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championship…Ran a leg in the 4x800 relay and finished ninth at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships…Came in seventh in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:48.20 at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational… Finished fourth in the 3000 meters at the UCONN Men’s New England Challenge.

Competed in the 5K Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup with a time of 20:55.3 on 9/14…Took part in the 8K Father Leeber Invitational with a time of 29:20.2 on 9/21…Completed the 8K NEICAAA New England Championship with a time of 28:42.8 on 10/12…Participated in the 8K Connecticut College Cross Country Invitational with a time of 28:38.0 on 10/19/13…Competed in the 8K Northeast-10 Cross Country Championship with a time of 29:07.3 on 10/27...Took part in the 10K NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 34:59.4 on 11/9.
As a Sophomore in 2012-13:
Finished eighth in the 1000 meters (2:53.77) at the Husky Winter Invitational…Ran the 3000 meters at the Yale Collegiate Invitational…Placed seventh as part of the 4x800 relay and was 12th in the 3000 meters (9:09.29) at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships…Took part in the 3000 meters at the Geigengack Invitational…At the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, placed 16th in the 3000 meters (9:13.13)….Ran a leg of the 4x800 relay that was fifth, placed 28th in the 1500 meters (4:21.64) and also took part in the 800 meters at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational…Finished 11th in the 3000 meter steeplechase (10;45.7) and was 24th in the 800 meters (2:07.06) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships...Came in fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the UConn Invitational (10:33.06)...Competed in the 1500 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational…Finished 11th in the 3000 meter steeplechase (10:13.67) at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
