As a Junior in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed ninth in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:11.75…Completed the 800 meter run in 2:16.47 to place seventeenth at the URI Rhody Open…Took twenty-second place in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:10.59 at the Metropolitan Championships…Earned thirty-ninth place at the Giegengack Invitational in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:09.91…Scored seventh place at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:11.86.

As a Sophomore in the 2008-09 season:
Placed third in the 60 meter hurdles at the Lidifter Invitational with a time of 8.85 seconds… At the URI Sorlein Invitational, claimed fourth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:28.3…Posted a seventh place finish in the 60 meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Championships with a time of 8.99 seconds…At the Brown Invitational, took fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.24…Placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Championships with a time of 56.91 seconds…At the Yale Springtime Invitational, finished fourth in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 16.04 seconds.

As a Freshman in the 2007-08 season:
2007-08 Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll Bronze Scholar…Finished fifth in the 110m hurdles and fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Brown Invitational…Finished third in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16.58 seconds at the Metropolitan Championships…Finished fourth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16.34 seconds and eighth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 57.98 seconds at the Yale Springtime Invitational.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Essex High School in Essex Junction, Vt…Served as team captain as a senior…Holds the Vermont state record in the 55m hurdles…2007 State Champion in the 110m hurdles…Also played varsity basketball.
