As a Sophomore in 2010-11:
All-New England selection indoors in the 4x800 relay…Posted a time of 1:08.30 to place fifth in the 500 meters at the Lidifter Invitational on 12/4...Was also a member of the team that finished fifth in the 4x100 meters with a time of 3:27.60 at the same event…Ran in the 200 meters and finished 17th at the Harvard Open Track Meet with a time of 23.05 on 12/10...Also ran in the 400 meters and placed 15th with a time of 51.53…Came in 15th at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic in the 400 meters with a time of 53.45...Also ran in the 4x400 meter relay and helped the Owls to a fifth place finish with a total time of 3:23.55 at that event on 1/15…Finished 18th in the 400 meters with a time of 52.46 at the Albany Great Dane Classic on 1/21…Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships and finished second with a time of 3:21.39...Also ran in the 4x800 relay and finished on the third place relay team with a time of 7:57.20…Helped his relay team place second with a time of 9:57.78 at the New England Indoor Championships…Placed sixth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.68 and recorded a time of 50.06 to finish 12th in the 400 meters at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships…Ran the 400 meters and placed 19th with a time of 49.96 at the New England Outdoor Championships.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
2009 Indoor track best performer...2007-09 outdoor 4x400 All-State... 2008 and 2009 indoor All-State...Helped team to second place finish in 2009 indoor and outdoor track...Team captain as a junior and senior.
