As a Junior in 2011-12:
All-Region in the 4x100 relay...Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Placed eighth in the 60 meters with a time of 7.21 at the Lidlifter Invitational on 12/3...Ran for the 4x400 relay team and helped the Owls to a sixth place finish with a time of 3:31.98 at the Yale Season Opener on 1/14...Competed in the Metropolitan Championships on 1/26 and helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish of 3:15.64...Also had a 27th place finish in the 200 meters...Helped the 4x400 team to a third place finish with a time of 3:23.04 at the Northeast-10 Championships on 2/18..Also added a 14th place finish in the 200 meters...Ran for the 4x100 team that placed second with a time of 42.5 at the UConn Spring Invitational on 3/31...Also placed 10th place with the 4x400 team in a time of 3:34.35...Competed in the Roadrunner Invitational on 4/6 and helped the 4x100 team to a first place mark with a time of 42.59...Also was 10th in the 100 meters with a time of 11.33...Placed ninth in the 4x100 relay with a time of 42.19 in the Larry Ellis Invitational on 4/20...Ran in the 4x100 relay and helped the team to a second place finish with a time of 43.29 at the Yale Springtime Invitational ...Also had an eighth place finish in the 100 meters with a time of 11.38...Performed at the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4  and placed second in the 4x100 relay with a time of 42.21...Also finished 17th in the 200 meters with a time of 23.90.

As a Sophomore in 2010-11:
Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection…Placed 47th in the 400 meters at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic on 1/15…Posted a time of 23.87 in the 200 meters to finish 47th at the Albany Great Dane Classic on 1/21...Also ran on the 11th place relay team in the 4x400 relay, contributing to a 3:24.25 time…Finished seventh in the 55 meters, recording a time of 6.75 at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships on 2/17…Competed in the 200 meters and had a 16th place (24.03) performance at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championships.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Lidlifter Invitational, placed seventh in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.666… Earned fourth place in the 55 meter dash with a time of 6.69 at the Southern Connecticut State Alumni Meet…Also placed fourth in the 300 meter dash with a time of 38.43…Took twenty-ninth place at the Giegengack Invitational in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.08…Also placed eleventh in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.32…Obtained eighteenth place at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23:51…At the NY Metropolitain Outdoor Championships, placed first as a part of the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 42.46…Obtained fourteenth place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in 100 meter dash with a time of 11.66. 

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Two-time Nationals qualifier at New Britain (Conn.) High School… All-State selection…Four-time All-Conference honoree…Helped team win outdoor conference title as a senior…Team captain…Two-time All-Herald selection…Also a four-year member of the football team.

The son of Vong and Khamphon Phommalinh…Born in New Britain, Conn…Plans to major in business management.
