2012 Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll Selection

As a Freshman in 2011-12:
Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection...Placed sixth in the 600 meters with a time of 1:50.25 at the Uconn Triangular Meet on 1/7…Came in 12th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:28.93 at the Yale Season Opener on 1/14…Ran in the 4x400 relay that finished 17th with a time of 4:05.54 and added a 27th place finish in the 800 meters at the Great Dane Classic on 1/20…Posted a time of 12:37.7 in the 4,000 meter distance medley relay that placed sixth at the Metropolitan Championships on 1/26…Competed at the Valentine Invitational on 2/10, placing 12th in the 4x400 with a total time of 3:59.3…Performed at the Northeast-10 Championships on 2/18 and helped the 4x400 team to a third place finish with a time of 9:55.81 along with an eighth place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:31.60…Contributed to the 4x400 relay team with a 10th place finish with a time of 4:21.52 along with a 22nd place finish in the 1,500 meter events a time of 5:01.13 at the UConn Spring Invitational on 3/31…Placed ninth in the 1,500 meters with a time of 5:12.21 along with an 11th place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:33.47 at the Roadrunner Invitational on 4/6… Competed in the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4 helping the 4x800 relay team to a third place finish with a time of 9:40.2 along with a ninth place finish of  2:23.49 in the 800 meters.

In the 2011 Cross Country season:
Placed 52nd at the Metropolitan Championship...Finished second on the team and 47th overall with a time of 23:58 at the Connecticut College Invitational...Came in second on the team and 23rd overall with a time of 18:48.84 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship...Captured 41st place with a time of 24:20.2 at the NCAA East Regional.

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Team MVP at Shelton (Conn.) High School...Team captain...Earned the team’s ‘Most Promising’ award...Also played soccer.
