Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll pick...Captured second place in the mile with a time of 5:37.99 at the UConn Triangular Meet on 1/7...Competed at the Metropolitan Championships on 1/26 with a sixth place finish in the 4,000 meters distance medley in a time 12:37.7...Placed eighth in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:04.79...Had a pair of third place finishes at the Northeast-10 Championships on 2/18 in the 4x800 (9:55.81) and the 1,000 meters (3:03.01)...Helped the 4x400 relay to a first place finish with a time of 4:21.52 at the UConn Spring Invitational on 3/31...Also placed 18th place in the 1,500 meters  in 4:58.48...Placed second in the 1,500 meters in 4:58.90 and added a third place finish in the 800 meters in 2:23.31 at the Roadrunner Invitational on 4/6...Performed at the Metropolitan Championships on 4/14 and helped the 4x800 team place eighth with a time of 10:40.38...Also added a 14th place finish in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:56.65...Competed at the Northeast-10 Championships on 5/4 and helped the 4x800 relay team to a third place finish with a total time of 9:40.2...Also finished seventh in the 1,500 meters in 4:49.70...Placed 20th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:48.98 at the New England Championships on 5/10.

Competed at the Central Connecticut Blue Devil Invitational...Competed at the CCSU Mini Meet...Finished 31st at the Connecticut College Invitational...Finished the Division II Cross Country Challenge with a time of 25:22...Competed at the Northeast-10 Championships with a time of 19:26.1...Had a time of 23:54 at the NCAA Division II Regionals.

As a Freshman in the 2009-10 season:
At the Yale Season Opener, placed fourth in the mile run with a time of 5:29.61…Finished third at the SCSU Alumni Meet in the 600 meters with a time of 1:42.39…Took tenth place as a part of the 4x400 relay at the Yale Collegiate Invitational…Also took eleventh place in the mile run with a time of 5:29.01…Captured fifteenth place at the Great Dane Classic in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:22.90…Finished fourth place as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 9:44.43…Took twelfth place at the Giegengack Invitational in the 1000 meter run with a time of 3:08.02…Placed fifth at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:20.48…Finished thirteenth as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team at the NEICCA Indoor Championship with a time of 9:38.04…Captured fourteenth place at the Monmouth Invitational in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:58.64…Took twenty-seventh place at the Sam Howell Invitational in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:21.96…Placed fifth at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:58.26…Also took sixth place as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team with a time of 9:55.68…Finished eleventh place at the Yale Springtime Invitational in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:55.92…Broke school record as a part of the 4x800 meter relay team at the New England Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:24.18

Before Southern Connecticut State University:
Attended Norwich (Conn.) Free Academy…Helped cross country team win the ECC championship twice…An All-ECC selection as a senior in outdoor track…Team captain as a senior.
