Rocco Cundari (Norwalk, Conn.) went the distance to earn the win (5-2) for the Owls, 19-13-1. The senior, who struck out eight Golden Knights, allowed one run (unearned) on six hits.

Both teams scored a run in the second inning. Docimo doubled down the left field line with one out to score Joe Breen (Nashua, N.H.). The Owls' designated hitter had started the inning with a double.

The Golden Knights responded with an unearned run in their half of the frame.

The two Northeast-10 Conference teams play a doubleheader tomorrow at Saint Rose. The first pitch of game one is set for 11:00a.m.
